Return Policy

Money-Back Guarantee & Returns

All items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

The item must be in new, unused, untested condition with all manufacturing tags attached and in manufacturer’s original box/packaging.  We do require proof of purchase or a receipt. Refunds will be issued for the product only.  The customer will incur the expense of all shipping charges, even if the order qualified for free shipping.  Refunds will not be given for products that can’t be sold as new.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

After 30 days, all products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, which varies by manufacturer.  Please direct all defect concerns after 30 days to the manufacturer. 

Products returned for refusal to pay international customs/import fees will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 6 business days. 

 

Clearance Items

All items that are marked clearance, discontinued, final sale or closeout are not returnable; all sales of these items are final.

 

Return Authorization

Returns require a “Return Authorization” (RA) number.  Items returned without an RA number will be refused.  RA numbers are good for 15 days only.  Returned items must be postmarked within 15 days of the issuance of the RA number.  We will not re-authorize the RA number, nor will an additional one be created, beyond the 15 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if paid by us, will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Please notify us at support@nowcooking.com within 7 calendar days if an item arrives damaged or broken.  Please save all packaging materials until further notification, as some carriers require this for claims.  We will respond with instructions for returning the item to us at no cost to you.  Some carriers accept pictures of the damage, and we may ask that you upload .jpeg formatted pictures to verify the damage.  This may result in not actually having to ship the item back to us, but that will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  If it is verified that there was a manufacturing defect, or the item was damaged in transit, we will promptly replace the item with a brand new one whenever possible.  We will not be responsible for reports of damage beyond 7 days of receipt.  We want to make things right in a timely manner and depend on you to notify us of the problem.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Holiday Returns Extended Deadline

Purchases from November 1st through December 24th may be returned by the following January 31st.  Purchase holiday gifts with confidence, knowing that the return deadline has been extended.  All other return conditions apply.
